SWOT Analysis

SWOT stands for Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats.
A SWOT analysis can be carried out on:
1. Draw up a grid of four cells:
S W
O T
2. Fill in as much content as you can think of. It is best to carry out this exercise as a workshop in which all participants contribute.
3. Congratulate yourselves on the strengths and opportunities, consider how they can be sustained and built upon.
4. Address all the weaknesses and threats, use them as a basis for a Risk Analysis.
