Business Planning workshop

This workshop covers Mission / Aims / Objectives / Targets, how to write a business plan and planning for growth. It is designed to be interactive and flexible so that it is appropriate to the needs of the individual students and their fledgeling enterprises.

Learning Objectives

By the end of the workshop, the students should be able to:

Demonstrate an understanding of the Key Components of a Business Plan
Produce a sketch of the key points that will make up their Business Plan
Demonstrate an understanding of how business planning is appropriate to business growth
Demonstrate an understanding of business management systems

Workshop Duration

This workshop would normally take a whole day, but it may be compressed slightly to allow it to be preceded by the Business Concepts workshop or followed by the Business Strategy workshop.

Please note that it may not be possible to achieve all the learning objectives in shorter versions of workshops.
