This workshop is designed to intiate the development of a strategic plan for new enterprises.

Learning Objectives

By the end of the workshop, the students should be able to:

• Demonstrate an understanding of the structure a strategy
• Inform other members of their enterprise accordingly
• Produce a draft strategy as an initial working document for consideration by their enterprise

Workshop Duration

The presentation should last about 1 hour after which students are guided to produce a draft strategy for their enterprise as an initial working document using the techniques acquired during the session. This workshop can be appended to the Business Planning workshop.

Please note that it may not be possible to achieve all the learning objectives in shorter versions of workshops.
