Project Development workshop

This workshop takes the student through all the stages of running a time-bound project, from developing ideas, through planning, risk analysis, control, monitoring and evaluation. It is appropriate to any co-operative or social enterprise wishing to developing expertise in running such a project.

By the end of the workshop, the students should be able to demonstrate an understanding of:

How to set a project up
How to manage a project
