This workshop is designed to introduce the concepts of principled negotiation to those with management roles. Covering bonding, getting to win/win, dealing with the awkward squad and conflict resolution, it provides the student with a sharp set of tools to use in their dealings with funders, staff, business partners and other stakeholders.
By the end of the workshop, the students should be able to:
A fully interactive version of this workshop would take the best part of a day to deliver, but a largely theoretical version could just about be squeezed into a half day.
