Customer Care workshop

This workshop covers all aspects of developing a Customer Care policy.

Learning Objectives

By the end of the workshop, the students should be able to:

  • Demonstrate an understanding of the customer’s journey
  • Demonstrate an understanding of the customer’s view of the student’s enterprise
  • Develop a draft Customer Care policy for their enterprise

Workshop Duration

The full workshop, culminating in the production of draft policies for a number of students, will take a full day. A theory-only version can be delivered in a half day or less. It can be paired with the Legal, Consumer Law workshop.

Please note that it may not be possible to achieve all the learning objectives in shorter versions of workshops.
