In this exercise we identify the various stakeholder groups and what their interests are, we map how stakeholder relationships have changed over time and how they are expected to evolve in future and we map that onto the current model of stakeholder involvement in order to identify what adaptions need to be made in order to rebalance the interests and influences of the stakeholder groups.
