Good Governance workshop

This workshop sets out to distinguish governance from management and explains the principles and benefits of good governance for co-operatives and social enterprises. By involving the students at every stage it directly addresses the governance issues of their own enterprises.

Learning Objectives

By the end of the workshop, the students should be able to:

Describe the key attributes and benefits of good governance
Develop elements of a framework for good governance in their co-op

This half day workshop is ideal for combining with another.
