Learning Objectives

By the end of the workshop, the students should be able to:

• Demonstrate an understanding of the key points of Company Law
• Advise other members of their enterprise on the key points of Company Law
• Demonstrate an understanding of the key responsibilities of a Director
• Advise other members of their enterprise on the key responsibilities of a Director

This half day workshop is can be easily combined with another half day workshop.
