This workshop takes the students through a logical process of identifying the most appropriate legal structure for their new enterprise, then familiarises them with the forms they will need to register it.

Learning Objectives

By the end of the workshop, the students should be able to:

• Carry out a “select-a-structure” exercise
• Complete appropriate registration forms for their intended legal form

Workshop Duration

This half day workshop can easily be combined with another half day workshop.

Please note that it may not be possible to achieve all the learning objectives in shorter versions of workshops.
