This workshop is for co-operatives and social enterprises considering implementing a quality assurance system or standard. It equips them to implement a system appropriate to themselves.
Learning Objectives
By the end of the workshop, the students should be able to:
- Demonstrate an understanding of what a Quality System is
- Demonstrate an understanding of what the necessary components are
- Demonstrate an understanding of how to monitor, review and continuously improve
- Draft a Quality Policy
- Specify a Quality System
- Implement a Quality System
- Produce an action plan for implementation
- Identify resources required to implement successfully
Workshop Duration
This half day workshop can easily be delivered in combination with another.
Please note that it may not be possible to achieve all the learning objectives in shorter versions of workshops.
