Learning Objectives

By the end of the workshop, the students should be able to demonstrate an understanding of:

• Input - Output modelling
• Cash to Cash cycle
• Products & Markets processes
• Generating Surplus

Workshop Duration

This workshop would normally take less than half a day. It is designed to precede other business and social enterprise workshops, to make them accessible to first-time business start-up students.

Please note that it may not be possible to achieve all the learning objectives in shorter versions of workshops.
