ISED is a programme derived from the full Co-operative and Social Enterprise Development Workers Training Programme.
It is not a substitute for the full course but aims to meet the needs of Community Development Workers and Community Champions to identify the potential for social enterprise in the communities in which they work. It also helps them identify the support groups need to develop from the development of the initial enterprise idea to a stage where a specialist Co-operative or Social Enterprise Development Worker needs to be brought in to provide expertise.
