As we move to delivering training courses and workshops online and creating and delivering webinars, we are developing comprehensive guidance for participants and trainers, setting up registration systems and file sharing protocols and moving the contents of dozens of presentations from Powerpoint to a format more suitable to online working.
We have always tried to form trainees into self-supporting cohorts and to support them in their individual and collective learning, rather than simply imparting information to them, and our intention is to always carry this ethos forwards into the online world, even as trainees and trainers are physically distant.
